1. Booking. Book online or call (02) 8090 1100. Tell us if you’re in pain, nervous, or interested in a particular treatment, so we can book the right appointment length. We’re open Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturday 8:30am–4pm.

2. Before you arrive. Please complete your new patient forms online before your visit. If you can’t, arrive about 10 minutes early to fill them in. Bring your health fund card.

3. Getting here. We’re at Suite 21, 14 Edgeworth David Avenue, Hornsby, about three minutes’ walk from Hornsby Station, with free street parking nearby.

4. Your examination. Your dentist will ask about your medical history and any concerns, then check your teeth and gums. X-rays or a digital scan are taken if they’re needed. For a new patient check-up, this usually includes a scale and clean.

5. Talking through your options. We explain what we found, show you photos or x-rays where useful, and go through your options, including doing nothing. Every treatment plan comes with a written quote, valid for six months.

6. Paying and claiming. Health fund claims are processed on the spot with HICAPS. For larger treatment, interest-free payment plans are available (subject to approval). See payment plans.
