Our team includes three dentists and three oral health therapists. You can ask about your treatment options, request a quote and discuss any concerns before deciding how to proceed.
Health fund provider status
We are a Bupa Members First provider, a Medibank Members’ Choice provider, an NIB First Choice provider and a Westfund Provider of Choice. Bring your health fund card to use HICAPS for on-the-spot claiming. Benefits depend on your cover and eligibility.
No Gap check-up for new patients
Our new-patient offer includes a comprehensive examination, scale and clean, X-rays and fluoride for $219, or No Gap for eligible health fund members. Conditions apply. Mention the offer when booking and bring your health fund card. Payment or claiming is required on the day; the offer is subject to change without notice.
Clear information before treatment
Before any treatment, your dentist will explain what they found, the options available (including doing nothing) and the likely costs. Every treatment plan comes with a written quote, valid for six months, so you can take time to decide. You’re always welcome to ask questions or take a quote home to discuss with family.
Comfort and nervous patients
If you feel anxious about dental visits, let us know when you book. Your dentist can explain each step before starting, you can ask to pause at any time, and happy gas is available where suitable. See our gentle dental care page for more.
Your first visit
New patients can complete their forms online before the appointment, or arrive about 10 minutes early. Bring your health fund card and a list of any medications. Read what to expect at your first visit.
Your privacy and records
Your health information is kept confidential and handled in line with our privacy policy. You can ask for a copy of your records or have them sent to another practitioner.
